60 Request for information
The Minister may, by written notice, ask:
(a)
an applicant for, or the holder of, a launch facility licence; or
(b)
an applicant for, or the holder of, an Australian launch permit; or
(ba)
an applicant for, or the holder of, an Australian high power rocket permit; or
(c)
an applicant for, or the holder of, an overseas payload permit; or
(d)
an applicant for, or the holder of, a return authorisation;
to give the Minister, within the period specified in the notice, any information the Minister requires for the purposes of performing functions or exercising powers under this Act in relation to the licence, permit or authorisation.
