Sport Integrity Australia Act 2020

The ASDMAC has the following functions:

such functions as are conferred on the ASDMAC by the NAD scheme;

to give advice and information to the CEO and the ASC about:

the performance of the ASDMAC’s functions; and

sports doping and safety matters;

to give information to sporting administration bodies about individual cases that involve:

sports doping and safety matters; or

any other matter arising out of the provision of anti‑doping testing services;

to provide services relating to sports doping and safety matters under contract on behalf of the Commonwealth;

such other functions as are conferred on the ASDMAC by this Act or any other law of the Commonwealth;

to do anything incidental to or conducive to the performance of any of the above functions.

Subsection 21(2) applies to the functions of the ASDMAC in a corresponding way to the way in which it applies to the functions of the CEO.
