68E Disclosure to respond to public comments
The CEO may disclose protected information if:
(a)
the information relates to an athlete, support person or non‑participant; and
(b)
public comments have been attributed to or based on information provided by:
(i)
the athlete, support person or non‑participant; or
(ii)
a representative of the athlete, support person or non‑participant; and
(c)
the disclosure is for the purposes of Sport Integrity Australia responding to the comments.
