74 Annual report
(1)
The annual report prepared by the CEO and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must set out the following:
(a)
the number of disclosure notices given in the period;
(b)
the number of proceedings for contraventions of section 13C (failure to comply with disclosure notice) that were commenced or concluded in the period;
(c)
the number of proceedings concluded in the period in which a person was ordered to pay a civil penalty for contravening section 13C of this Act.
