Division 4Payments under financial supplement contract to stop in certain circumstances
12P Explanation of Division
This Division provides for payments in respect of financial supplement to stop if the person in receipt of the financial supplement:
(a)
so requests; or
(b)
is found to be eligible for a reduced maximum amount of financial supplement and has already been paid that amount; or
(c)
ceases to be, or is found never to have been, eligible for financial supplement; or
(d)
dies.
