12ZB What happens at end of contract period
At the end of the contract period:
(a)
if the corporation’s rights in respect of the student under the contract have not previously been assigned to the Commonwealth, those rights are assigned to the Commonwealth by force of this paragraph; and
(b)
if the principal sum exceeds the sum of the actual repayments and the notional repayments, the Commonwealth is liable to pay the excess to the corporation.
