43X Review of decisions
(1)
Applications may be made to the ART for review of a decision of the Secretary under section 43L, 43P or 43Q.
(2)
Despite any provision of Part 9, that Part does not apply in relation to any decision of the Secretary under this Division.
(3)
In this section:
decision has the same meaning as in the ART Act.
