8BA Reduction in ABSTUDY SSL debts incurred between 1 January and 1 June 2025
(1)
This section applies if a person incurs an ABSTUDY SSL debt during the period beginning on 1 January 2025 and ending on 1 June 2025.
(2)
For the purposes of this Act, and despite subsection 8B(3), the amount of the ABSTUDY SSL debt is the amount worked out under that subsection reduced by 20%.
