44 Delegation by the Registrar
(1)
The Registrar may delegate, in writing, all or any of the Registrar’s functions or powers to:
(a)
a person who is a member of the staff mentioned in section 45; or
(b)
a person to whom an arrangement under section 46 relates.
(2)
In performing functions or exercising powers under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Registrar.
