33 Delegation by Minister
The Minister may, by writing, delegate all or any of his or her powers under this Act or the regulations to:
(a)
CSC or an employee of CSC; or
(aa)
a director (within the meaning of the Governance of Australian Government Superannuation Schemes Act 2011); or
(d)
an APS employee in the Department.
