Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (1995-96) Declaration

This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (1995-96) Declaration.

Productivity contributions

In relation to the financial year commencing on 1 July 1995, the Table in subsection 110C (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 is to have effect as if the amounts specified in the following Table were substituted for the amounts specified in that Table.
