Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (2001-2002) Declaration

This Declaration may be cited as the Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (2001-2002) Declaration.

Note This Declaration commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss. 46A and 48.

In relation to the financial year commencing on 1 July 2001, the Table in subsection 110C (1) of the Superannuation Act 1976 is to have effect as if the amounts specified in the following Table were substituted for the amounts specified in that Table.
