Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (2005-2006) Declaration 2005

This Declaration is the Superannuation (CSS) Productivity Contribution (2005‑2006) Declaration 2005.

This Declaration commences on 1 July 2005.

For section 110D of the Superannuation Act 1976, the table in subsection 110C (1) of that Act has effect, in relation to the financial year starting on 1 July 2005, as if the amounts specified in the following table were substituted for the amounts specified in the table in subsection 110C (1).

Less than $1 473.33 $44.20

$1 473.33 or more, but less than $2 374.00 The amount that is 3% of the employee's fortnightly rate of salary

$2 374.00 or more, but less than $3 561.00 $71.22

$3 561.00 or more The amount that is 3% of the employee's fortnightly rate of salary
