An offence against one of the following provisions is subject to an infringement notice under this Part:

subsection 18(7B);

subsection 29JCB(1);

subsection 29W(1);

subsection 29WA(3);

subsection 29WB(3);

subsection 35A(7);

subsection 107(4);

subsection 108(4);

subsection 140(3);

subsection 242P(1);

subsection 260(3);

subsection 262(2).

An offence against one of the following provisions is subject to an infringement notice under this Part, unless the superannuation entity to which the offence relates is a self managed superannuation fund:

subsection 11C(2), (3) or (4);

subsection 63(7) or (10);

subsection 64(3A);

subsection 71EA(5);

subsection 103(3);

subsection 104(2);

subsection 105(2);

subsection 122(2);

subsection 124(2);

subsection 141A(3) or (6);

subsection 252A(3).

The regulations may provide that:

an offence against a provision of this Act not already specified in this section, or a civil penalty provision in this Act, is subject to an infringement notice under this Part; and

an offence against the regulations, or a civil penalty provision in the regulations, is subject to an infringement notice under this Part.
