3.04 Section 54 of the Act—prescribed percentages
For the purposes of section 54 of the Act (prerequisites to variation of repayment period), the following percentages are prescribed:
(a)
in the case of paragraph (1)(c) of the section—25%; and
(b)
in the case of paragraph (1)(d) of the section—at least 75%.
