6.43 Application of Division 6.7
(1)
This Division applies to:
(a)
an accumulation interest; and
(b)
a defined benefit interest that is not a defined benefit component.
(2)
This Division does not apply to an interest:
(a)
that is subject to a payment split; or
(b)
on which a payment flag (within the meaning of Part VIIIB or VIIIC of the Family Law Act 1975) is operating.
