6 Payment of pension increases
The reference in subsection (1) of section ten of the Superannuation Act 1922‑1959 to benefits under that Act shall be read as including a reference to increases in pensions payable by virtue of section four of this Act and a reference to pensions payable by virtue of section five of this Act.
The reference in subsection (1) of section one hundred and forty‑five of the Superannuation Act 1922‑1959 to the amount paid by the Commonwealth to the Superannuation Fund under that Act in respect of a person shall be read as including a reference to an amount paid by the Commonwealth to the Superannuation Fund under the last preceding subsection in respect of that person.
