This Declaration is the Superannuation (PSS) Approved Authority Inclusion Declaration 1995.
This instrument is made under paragraph (b) of the definition of approved authority in section 3 of the Superannuation Act 1990.
In this declaration, unless the contrary intention appears:
the Act means the Superannuation Act 1990.
Each of the following authorities and bodies is declared, under paragraph (b) of the definition of approved authority in section 3 of the Act, to be an approved authority for the purposes of the Act:
