32 State aircraft

A state aircraft is:

(a)

an aircraft:

(i)

of any part of the Defence Force of Australia; or

(ii)

that is commanded by a member of that Force in the course of the member’s duties;

other than any such aircraft that is registered under regulations made under the Civil Aviation Act 1988; or

(b)

an aircraft used in the military, customs or police services of a country other than Australia.
