67A Minister may give directions to the Compliance Committee
(1)
The Minister may, by notifiable instrument, give written directions to the *Compliance Committee about the performance of its functions.
(2)
A direction under subsection (1) must be of a general nature only.
(3)
The *Compliance Committee must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
