70 Evidentiary certificates
A certificate by the body corporate that is, when the certificate is made, the *Slot Manager and that states:
that a specified *gate movement occurred; and
that the movement was a *no‑slot movement or an *off‑slot movement; and
the circumstances because of which the movement was a no‑slot movement or an off‑slot movement;
is, for the purposes of proceedings under this Act, prima facie evidence of the matters stated in it (including at a time after the body corporate has ceased to be the Slot Manager).
A certificate must:
be in writing; and
be either:
under the seal of the body corporate; or
signed by a director, or other equivalent officer, of the body corporate on behalf of the body corporate.
