9 Airservices Australia to monitor compliance with maximum movement limit

(1)

*Airservices Australia is to monitor compliance with the *maximum movement limit.

(2)

*Airservices Australia is not authorised or required to take any action to enforce compliance with the *maximum movement limit.

(3)

If *Airservices Australia ceases to provide air traffic services at Sydney Airport, the Minister may enter into an arrangement with another person who provides, or who is to provide, such air traffic services under which the person agrees to monitor compliance with the *maximum movement limit.

(4)

The regulations may require *Airservices Australia, or a person mentioned in subsection (3) who provides air traffic services, to publish information about compliance with the *maximum movement limit.

(5)

Subsection (4) does not limit section 70E (which is about requirements to publish information).
