11 Departure prohibition orders
For the purposes of subsection 14S(1) of the Act, Form 3 in Schedule 1 is prescribed.
For the purposes of paragraph 14S(4)(a) of the Act, a person is informed, as prescribed, of the making of a departure prohibition order if a copy of the order is served in accordance with section 14.
For the purposes of subparagraph 14S(4)(b)(ii) of the Act, each of the following persons is prescribed:
the Comptroller‑General of Customs (within the meaning of the Customs Act 1901);
the Commissioner of Police referred to in section 6 of the Australian Federal Police Act 1979;
the Secretary of the Department administered by the Minister administering the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1967.
