16 Conditions to which a facility installation permit is subject
If:
(a)
a carrier engages, or proposes to engage, in an activity covered by Division 3; and
(b)
that activity is or will be authorised by a facility installation permit; and
(c)
the facility installation permit is subject to one or more conditions;
the carrier must comply with those conditions.
