19 Consultation with Environment Secretary
(1)
The ACMA must not declare a protection zone in relation to one or more submarine cables unless the ACMA has consulted with the Environment Secretary in relation to the proposal for the protection zone.
(2)
The ACMA must have regard to any advice or recommendations provided by the Environment Secretary in relation to the proposal.
