317N Compliance period etc
(1)
A technical assistance notice may require a specified act or thing to be done within a specified period.
(2)
A technical assistance notice may require a specified act or thing to be done:
(a)
in a specified manner; or
(b)
in a way that meets one or more specified conditions.
(3)
Subsections (1) and (2) of this section do not limit subsections 317L(1) and (2).
