Telecommunications Act 1997

Section 317ZB of this Act is enforceable under Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.

A Communications Access Coordinator is an authorised person in relation to section 317ZB of this Act for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.

The Federal Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) are relevant courts in relation to section 317ZB of this Act for the purposes of Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014.

Part 7 of the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, as it applies in relation to section 317ZB of this Act, extends to:

every external Territory; and

acts, omissions, matters and things outside Australia.
