317ZFA Powers of a court
In a proceeding under, or arising out of:
this Part; or
any other provision of this Act, so far as that other provision relates to this Part; or
the Regulatory Powers (Standard Provisions) Act 2014, so far as that Act relates to this Part;
a court may make such orders as the court considers appropriate in relation to the disclosure, protection, storage, handling or destruction, in the proceeding, of:
technical assistance notice information; or
technical capability notice information; or
technical assistance request information;
if the court is satisfied that it is in the public interest to make such orders.
The powers conferred on a court by subsection (1) are in addition to any other powers of the court.
