The ACMA may, by legislative instrument, make rules that:
apply to a statutory infrastructure provider that is subject to an obligation under subsection 360R(2) or (3); and
impose one or more additional notification obligations on the statutory infrastructure provider.
A notification obligation imposed by rules under subsection (1) may involve the provision of information prescribed by the rules.
Subsection (2) does not limit subsection (1).
Rules under subsection (1) may be of general application or may be limited as provided in the rules.
Subsection (4) does not, by implication, limit subsection 33(3A) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
Compliance
A statutory infrastructure provider must comply with rules under subsection (1).
