372D Exemptions—Ministerial instrument
(1)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, exempt:
(a)
conduct specified in the instrument; or
(b)
conduct ascertained in accordance with the instrument;
from the scope of either or both of the following provisions:
(c)
subsection 372B(2);
(d)
subsection 372C(2).
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) may be unconditional or subject to such conditions (if any) as are specified in the exemption.
(3)
An instrument under subsection (1) may confer functions or powers on the ACMA.
