376A ACMA must make technical standards if directed by the Minister
(1)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, direct the ACMA to:
(a)
make a technical standard under section 376 that deals with one or more specified matters; and
(b)
do so within a specified period.
(2)
The Minister must not give the ACMA a direction under section 14 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005 requiring the ACMA to make a technical standard under section 376 of this Act that deals with one or more specified matters.
