398 Conditions of connection permits
A connection permit is subject to the following conditions:
a condition that the holder and the holder’s nominees must comply with this Division;
any condition to which the permit is subject under subsection (2);
any other conditions specified in the permit.
The ACMA may, by legislative instrument, determine that:
each connection permit is subject to such conditions as are specified in the determination; or
each connection permit included in a specified class of connection permits is subject to such conditions as are specified in the determination.
The ACMA may, by written notice given to the holder of a connection permit:
impose one or more further conditions to which the permit is subject; or
vary or revoke any condition:
imposed under paragraph (a); or
specified in the permit.
A condition of a connection permit may relate to the kinds of persons who can be the holder’s nominees.
Subsection (4) does not, by implication, limit the conditions to which a connection permit may be subject.
