43 Prompt investigation of dangerous facilities
If:
(a)
a facility is owned or operated by a carrier; and
(b)
the carrier has reasonable grounds to suspect that the condition of the facility is likely to endanger:
(i)
the health or safety of persons; or
(ii)
property;
the carrier must investigate promptly the condition of the facility.
