43 Power extends to carrier’s employees etc
If, under a provision of Division 2, 3 or 4, a carrier is empowered to:
(a)
enter on land; or
(b)
inspect land; or
(c)
occupy land; or
(d)
do anything else on, over or under land;
the provision also empowers:
(e)
an employee of the carrier; or
(f)
a person acting for the carrier under a contract; or
(g)
an employee of a person referred to in paragraph (f);
to do that thing.
