534 Identity cards
The ACMA may issue an identity card to an inspector, other than a member of a police force, in a form approved, in writing, by the ACMA.
A person who ceases to be an inspector must, as soon as practicable, return his or her identity card to the ACMA.
A person must not contravene subsection (2).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.

Subsection (3) does not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse.
A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matter in subsection (4) (see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code).
Subsection (3) is an offence of strict liability.
