71 Regulated services
(1)
For the purposes of this Part, a regulated service is a declared service within the meaning of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
(2)
Subclause (1) has effect subject to subclause (3).
(3)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a specified service is not a regulated service for the purposes of this Part.
(4)
The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine that a specified eligible service is a regulated service for the purposes of this Part.
