78 Application to be accompanied by charge etc
(1)
An application must be accompanied by:
(a)
the charge (if any) fixed by a determination under section 60 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005; and
(b)
the consent of the owner, or each of the owners, of the network units; and
(c)
the election of the applicant accepting responsibility for the units for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
In this section:
this Act includes the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 and regulations under that Act.
