78 Time limit for making an approval decision
(1)
This clause applies if Telstra gives the Minister a draft functional separation undertaking (the original undertaking).
(2)
The Minister must use his or her best endeavours to make a decision under subclause 77(2) in relation to the original undertaking within 6 months after the original undertaking was given to the Minister.
