78 Application of this Division
(1)
This Division applies to the installation of an international submarine cable:
(a)
in a protection zone; or
(b)
in Australian waters, other than coastal waters of a State or Territory;
by or on behalf of a carrier.
Note:
A Code of Practice made under subclause 15(1) of Schedule 3 may impose conditions in addition to the conditions imposed in this Division.
(2)
This Division applies to the installation of a domestic submarine cable in a protection zone by, or on behalf of, a carrier.
