5 Interpretation
In this Act:
ACCC means the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
ACMA means the Australian Communications and Media Authority.
carrier has the same meaning as in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
carrier licence has the same meaning as in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
eligible Territory has the same meaning as in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
