4B Extension to external Territories
(1)
This Part extends to each external Territory referred to in subsection 10(1) of the Telecommunications Act 1997.
Note:
See also section 7 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999.
(2)
The operation of this Act in relation to Norfolk Island is not affected by the amendments made by Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Territories Legislation Amendment Act 2016.
