The regulations may prescribe different classes of biologicals.
Note 1:
The regulations may prescribe the circumstances in which a biological included in a class of biologicals is separate and distinct from other biologicals: see section 32AB.
Note 2:
The Secretary may approve different application forms for different classes of biologicals: see section 32DDA.
