Item 20 of the table in Schedule 5A to these Regulations, as inserted by Division 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the amending regulations, applies in relation to a therapeutic good that is used, or is for use, on or after the commencement of that Part, regardless of whether the good was manufactured, imported, exported or supplied before, on or after that commencement.

(2)

However, paragraph (b) of column 3 of that item does not apply in relation to a therapeutic good that was manufactured, imported, exported or supplied (as mentioned in column 2 of that item) before that commencement.
