42ZCZV Interim decision required if Secretary decides not to amend as requested
If the Secretary decides not to amend the current Poisons Standard in the manner set out in the application, the Secretary must:
(a)
make an interim decision on the application having regard to the information provided by the applicant; and
(b)
give the applicant a written notice:
(i)
setting out the interim decision and the reasons for the decision; and
(ii)
advising the applicant that he or she may, within the period specified in the notice (not being less than 10 business days after the date of the notice), make a written submission to the Secretary about the interim decision.
