Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990

The Secretary may arrange for the conduct of conferences, forums or similar activities for purposes that advance the objects of the Act including, without limitation, the following purposes:

providing information and education about the regulatory and administrative activities of the Therapeutic Goods Administration;

discussing issues and other matters relating to:

the regulation of therapeutic goods; or

the administration of the Act and these Regulations.

The Secretary may charge each attendee fees not exceeding $845 (including GST) for attendance at each such conference, forum or other activity.
