199 Trade Marks Office and sub‑offices
(1)
For the purposes of this Act, there is to be an office called the Trade Marks Office.
(2)
The Registrar may establish one or more sub‑offices of the Trade Marks Office as the Registrar considers appropriate.
(3)
The Registrar may abolish any such sub‑offices.
