214 Withdrawal of application etc

(1)

A person who has filed an application, notice or request may withdraw it, in accordance with the regulations, at any time while it is still being considered by the Registrar.

(2)

If:

(a)

the right or interest on which the person relied to file the application, notice or request has become vested in another person; and

(b)

the other person notifies the Registrar in writing that the right or interest is vested in him or her;

the other person may withdraw the application, notice or request as provided in subsection (1).
