229B Publishing personal information of registered trade marks attorneys
The Board may publish on its website any or all of the following personal information that is about a registered trade marks attorney:
the name of the attorney;
the country in which the attorney’s work address is located;
if the attorney’s work address is located in Australia—the State or Territory in which the attorney’s work address is located;
if the attorney’s work address is located in a foreign country—the state, territory, province, region or other political subdivision (however described) of that country in which the attorney’s work address is located;
the attorney’s work email address.
Subsection (1) does not prevent the Board from publishing on its website other personal information that is about a registered trade marks attorney with the attorney’s written consent.
