Division 3Matters pending immediately before repeal of repealed Act
240 Applications, notices etc.—general
(1)
Subject to this Division, an application, notice or request that:
(a)
was lodged with the Registrar in accordance with the repealed Act; and
(b)
was pending immediately before 1 January 1996;
is to be dealt with in accordance with this Act.
Note:
For pending see subsection 11(2).
(2)
The application, notice or request is taken to have been filed in accordance with this Act.
