80D Request for renewal
(1)
Any person may, within the prescribed period, ask the Registrar to renew, or successively renew, the registration of the trade mark for one or more potential renewal periods nominated in the request.
(2)
The nomination must cover at least the first potential renewal period.
(3)
If the nomination relates to more than one potential renewal period, the nomination must cover continuous periods.
(4)
The request must:
(a)
be in an approved form; and
(b)
be filed in accordance with the regulations.
